Do vile se može doći pješice od glavne rive s juga ili vozilom sa sjeverne strane Milne. Kako bi došli do vile s rive, prošetat ćete prekrasnim ulicama uzbrdo otprilike 220 metara. Napomena: neki djelovi puta su jako strmi.
Neki od sadržaja vile su vanjski bazen (veličine 28 kvadratnih metara), vrt, otvorena terasa s namještajem za sjedenje, vrtna terasa s vanjskim kaminom s roštiljem, krovna terasa, natkrivena terasa s kamenim stolom i 6 stolica te mjesto za parkiranje.
U prizemlju kuće se nalaze kuhinja, blagovaonica, dnevni prostor, spavaća soba sa zasebnom kupaonicom te odvojeni WC. Prvi kat se sastoji od jedne spavaće sobe s dva odvojena kreveta za jednu osobu, jedne spavaće sobe s bračnim krevetom, obje sa zasebnim kupaonicama, male praonice te krovne terase s prekrasnim pogledom. Svaka spavaća soba je opremljena sa SAT TV i Internet priključkom.
Vila je potpuno klimatizirana, opremljena s ukupno 4 klimatizacijske jedinice. Sve 3 spavaće sobe su opremljene jednom jedinicom, a četvrta jedinica se nalazi u dnevnom prostoru. Sve jedinice su inverter klime s mogućnostima hlađenja i grijanja.
Mali kućni ljubimci su dobrodošli na zahtjev.
