Troetažna vila prostire se na 300 m2, ima pet spavaćih soba s bračnim krevetom i 5 kupaonica.
Na prvom katu nalaze se tri spavaće sobe, od kojih jedna ima garderobni ormar, kadu i izlazi na terasu. Svi imaju vlastitu kupaonicu, prekrasan pogled na more, Stari grad i otok Lokrum. Drugi se kat sastoji od dvije glavne spavaće sobe i nudi ugradbeni ormar, kadu i prekrasan pogled na more i pogled na Stari grad. Hodnik na srednjem katu prikazuje starinske zbirke slika i antičke predmete koje je obitelj stoljećima čuvala u obiteljskoj baštini.

Ova šarmantna i luksuzna vila izvorno je sagrađena u 17. stoljeću otkad postoje prvi tragovi postojanja, a sve od 1708. godine u vlasništvu je iste obitelji. U svojoj bogatoj prošlosti villa je bila poznata po vrtnim zabavama, kad su vilu posjetili poznati suvremenici iz tog doba. Novi dizajn i izgled vile osmišljeni su kako bi vratili stari sjaj, ali uz moderan i funkcionalan dizajn i uređenje prostora, kao i održavanje veze s poviješću vile. Komadi namještaja obnovljeni su u vintage stilu, a u dugim hodnicima naći ćete porculan, srebrni pribor, stare fotografije i sitni detalji koji su obilježili životni stil 19. i 20. stoljeća.
