Ova nova kamena vila nalazi se na otoku Krku ima više od 300 četvornih metara stambenog prostora. 

Na prvom katu nalaze se tri spavaće sobe s bračnim krevetima, svaka soba ima svoju kupaonicu i zasebni klima uređaj. Za djecu imamo tri dječja krevetića, stolicu za hranjenje, kadu (za kupanje) te vanjsko ograđeno dječje igralište.

Cijela kuća opremljena je masivnim drvenim namještajem, kožnim sjedalima, podnim grijanjem te klima uređajima.

U suterenu se nalazi kompletan wellness centar s grijanim bazenom (17 kvadratnih metara) i saunom (za četiri osobe). Oba bazena (unutarnji i vanjski), opremljena su masažnim klupama i uređajima za protustrujno plivanje.

U prostoru između dnevnog boravka i kuhinje nalazi se bilijarski stol sa šest rupa i pikado. Tu je i mala prostorija za vježbanje (na parkiralištu), veliki  grijani bazen cca 55 kvadratnih metara, sa slanom vodom,  dječje igralište (ljuljačke, tobogan, kućica za dječju igru, itd.) te velika terasa s vrtnom garniturom, ljuljačkom i roštiljem.

Malo selo Kras u kojem se nalazi vila smješteno je u srcu otoka, idealno je za sve one koji žele pobjeći od užurbane svakodnevice i stresa. Lijep, čist zrak, cvrkut ptica i jedino što ujutro možete čuti su zvona seoske crkve. 

Otok Krk najveći je jadranski otok i prepun je atrakcija koje će vašu pažnju zaokupiti na samo 5-15 minuta vožnje automobilom do svih mjesta. U blizini su i autocesta i zračna luka. Grad Krk ima prekrasne stare crkve, stare gradske zidine, kule i ostatke starih Rimljana, grad Vrbnik poznat je po vinogradima i izvrsnim vinima, Punat s najvećom marinom na Jadranu i otok Košljun s poznatim franjevačkim samostanom s muzejom, Baška ima jednu od najvećih pješčanih plaža i akvarij, zaljev Soline zdravo blato i špilju Biserujka. Na svim tim mjestima postoje brojni restorani u kojima možete probati svježu ribu, vino i druge specijalitete, organizirati izlete s ribarskim i turističkim brodovima, plivati ​​s dupinima ili odvesti djecu na vožnju podmornicom (grad Krk).

    Wir besuchten die Villa im Juni für 2 Wochen mit 5 Erwachsenen und 1 Kleinkind. Die Aufteilung der Villa ist perfekt! Kochen, Essen und Wohnen im Erdgeschoss, Schlafen im Obergeschoss. Die 3 Schlafzimmer verfügen jeweils über ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und WC! Mit kleinem Kind perfekt! Die Villa war sehr sauber und auch die Küche war ausgestattet mit Allem was man so benötigt! Das eingezäunte Gelände, der große Pool und der kleine Kinderspielplatt sind perfekt für Urlaub mit Kleinkind! Wir haben für nächstes Jahr schon wieder gebucht! Danke IVICA

    Seit vielen Jahren mieten wir Ferienhäuser am Mittelmeer, aber dieses Haus topt alles! Neue, qualitativ hochwertige Ausstattung, große und gediegene Schlaf- und Badezimmer, ein fantastischer Aussenpool, sowie die schattige Loggia und der grosse Garten haben uns einen unvergleichlich entspannenden Familienurlaub beschert. Die Lage in den Hügeln von Krk ist eher still und ländlich, aber auch ein ausgezeichneter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Stadt Krk, Punat oder Baska, sowie die anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel.\nEin besonderes Dankeschön an Sandra und Ivica, die uns ein durch Ihre Gastfreundschaft sehr beeindruckt haben. Dieses Haus ist uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

    Wir haben eher durch Zufall diese Villa entdeckt und einen Volltreffer gelandet. Außenpool, Terrasse, großer Grill und schöner Garten lassen für das Urlauberherz keine Wünsche offen. Innen ist das Haus sehr großzügig, blitzsauber und gemütlich eingerichtet, so dass man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Der Wellnessbereich ist eine Wucht und in unseren Augen unschlagbar. Pool mit Gegenstromanlage, Sauna etc. einfach klasse vor allem wenn’s mal regnet. Liebe Sandra und lieber Ivica vielen Dank für die vielen Tipps, für die freundlichem Aufnahme und den netten Kontakt.     War ein wirklich erholsamer, ruhiger und absolut toller Urlaub, genau so, wie wir ihn uns aufgrund der Onlinebilder auch vorgestellt haben. Weit ab vom Trubel und Menschenmengen! Zum Strand benötigt man zwar ein Auto, dafür ist es hier aber ruhig. Exzellent für einen Familienurlaub mit kleinen Kindern. Ganz lieben Dank an die Besitzer Ivica und Sandra für die Freundlichkeit, die äußerst nette Betreuung und das Entgegenkommen!

    Traumhaft, 5 von 5! Wir verbrachten zwei Wochen mit 3 Familien (10 Personen) in der traumhaften Villa. Alle bisher abgegebenen Bewertungen stimmen zu 100%. Es ist wie auf den Fotos sehr schön und alles sehr gepflegt. Sandra u. Ivica sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Macht weiter so.
