Romantična te potpuno obnovljena vila nalazi se u Skrpčićima na otoku Krku. Kuća ima 225 m2 stambenog prostora i otvoreni prostor od 2.500 m2. Cijeli teren ograđen je kamenim zidom, tako da se Vaša djeca mogu igrati bezbrižno.

Vila se sastoji od 5 komfornih soba (svaka soba ima veliki bračni krevet i vlastitu kupaonicu). Dnevni boravak ima veliki stol za 10 osoba, a kuhinja je potpuno opremljena. Kuća je namještena s pažljivo odabranim stilskim namještajem koji pruža dašak prošlih vremena.
Vila je okružena maslinama i prelijepim mediteranskim biljkama, a uključuje ljuljačke, stolni tenis, roštilj i parking za 4 vozila.
Ispred kuće nalazi se veliki bazen (36 m2) uz koji se prostire terasa sa stolom kao savršeno mjesto okupljanja za druženje s obitelji i prijateljima.

Malo mjesto Skrbčići u kojem se nalazi vila, smješteno je u srcu otoka, idealno je za sve one koji žele pobjeći od užurbane svakodnevice i stresa. Otok Krk najveći je jadranski otok i prepun je atrakcija do kojih treba samo 5-15 minuta vožnje automobilom. U blizini su i autocesta i zračna luka.
Grad Krk ima prekrasne stare crkve, stare gradske zidine, kule i ostatke starih Rimljana, Grad Vrbnik poznat je po vinogradima i izvrsnim vinima, Punat s najvećom marinom na Jadranu, a u blizini otočić Košljun s poznatim franjevačkim samostanom i muzejom, Baška ima jednu od najvećih pješčanih plaža i akvarij, zaljev Soline zdravo blato i špilju Biserujka. Na svim tim mjestima postoje brojni restorani u kojima možete probati svježu ribu, vino i druge specijalitete, organizirati izlete se ribarskim i turističkim brodovima, plivati ​​s dupinima ili odvesti djecu na vožnju podmornicom (grad Krk).

    Was kann man da sagen außer - Perfekt! Das Haus ist der Hammer und es ist alles vorhanden. Wir haben echt viel zu viel Dinge mitgenommen, die wir nicht benötigten, weil einfach alles da ist. Der Griller ist ein quasi nagelneuer Weber Kugelgrill und perfekt für einen schönen Grillabend. Die oberen 2 Schlafzimmer haben auch noch eine Klimaanlage, was bei diesen Temperaturen perfekt war. Pool, Liegen und Solardusche waren ebenfalls super :) Hervorheben möchte ich die Hausbesitzerin, die uns bei allen Fragen und Wünschen zur Verfügung gestanden ist - Danke nochmal!
