U mirnom i idiličnom selu na otoku Krku, 2 i pol kilometara od plaže i mjesta Malinska nalazi se ova nova kamena vila. 

Položaj vile garantira opuštajući odmor te je idealan za sve one koje žele nakratko pobjeći od gužve i stresa, a ipak dovoljno blizu da uživate u prekrasnim plažama i turističkim atrakcijama koje nudi mjesto Malinska i otok Krk.

U prizemlju vile veličine 140 m2 nalazi se dnevni boravak s kaminom te potpuno opremljena kuhinja (toster, caffe mašina, mikrovalna, duboko zamrzavanje), spavaća soba te kupaona. Na katu su se smjestile dvije spavaće sobe svaka sa svojom kupaonom, obje sobe imaju izlaz na veliku terasu sa sjedećom garniturom na kojoj možete uživati u jutarnjoj kavi i promatrati more u daljini. Vila ima i 2 pomoćna ležaja te pruža smještaj za ukupno 8 osoba.

Centralni dio u vrtu zauzima bazen kraj kojega se nalaze natkrivena terasa, roštilj i dječje igralište. Najbliža plaža udaljena je 2,5 km, najbliži market 1,5 km, a restoran 700 metara.

Vila predstavlja idealan odmor za sve ljubitelje prirode, mira i opuštanja, ali i dobre zabave koju ćete zasigurno naći u mjestu Malinska i ostalim okolnim mjestima na otoku Krku.

Malo mjesto u kojem se nalazi villa, smješteno je u srcu otoka, idealno je za sve one koji žele pobjeći od užurbane svakodnevice i stresa. Otok Krk najveći je jadranski otok i prepun je atrakcija koje će vašu pažnju zaokupiti samo 5-15 minuta vožnje automobilom do svih mjesta. U blizini su i autocesta i zračna luka.

Grad Krk ima prekrasne stare crkve, stare gradske zidine, kule i ostatke starih Rimljana, Grad Vrbnik poznat je po vinogradima i izvrsnim vinima, Punat s najvećom marinom na Jadranu i otok Košljun s poznatim franjevačkim samostanom s muzejom, Baška ima jednu od najvećih pješčanih plaža i akvarij, zaljev Soline  zdravo blato i špilju Biserujka. Na svim tim mjestima postoje brojni restorani u kojima možete probati svježu ribu, vino i druge specijalitete, organizirati izlete se ribarskim i turističkim brodovima, plivati ​​s dupinima ili odvesti djecu na vožnju podmornicom (grad Krk).

    Great Location on Krk! It was great to be at the Villa for 10 days. We enjoyed it. It is a calm area of Malinska and a good starting point to explore Krk.

    Meine Frau, meine Tochter und ich haben tolle zwei Wochen im Haus verbracht. Das Haus entspricht den Bildern und der Beschreibung und es fehlt an nichts. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Ruhe, die man sofort empfindet, wenn man das Haus bezogen hat und sich einfach mal auf die überdachte Terrasse setzt. Dies hat uns geholfen innerhalb kürzester Zeit ein Gefühl der Erholung zu verspüren. Das Haus ist sehr luxuriös ausgestattet. Ich hoffe das niemand in seinem Urlaub die drei Flachbild TVs benötigt, aber sie wären da, wenn man sie braucht. Der Pool ist sehr schön und groß und wir hatten viel Spaß. Erwähnen möchte ich, dass die komplette Terrasse mit Steinen gebaut wurde, welche bei Sonneneinstrahlung sich nur wenig erwärmen, so dass man ohne Probleme auch ohne Badeschuhe auch in der Mittagshitze herumlaufen kann. Das hat man in vielen Hotels nicht. Ich selbst habe mich in die Duschen verliebt, welche auf Knopfdruck die Handbrause oder die Regendusche aktiviert, oder wieder abstellt. Das ist praktisch, aber spart auch Wasser. Auch sehr positiv sind uns die Betten/Matratzen aufgefallen, in denen wir super geschlafen haben. Auch hier kann man nur sagen, sehr hochwertig. Zwei überdachte Terrassen auf denen man auch an einem Regentag draußen sitzen kann. Man sieht, da hat sich jemand beim Bau und der Ausstattung Gedanken gemacht. \nWir bedanken uns bei der Agentur und auch bei den netten Vermietern für einen rundherum gelungenen Urlaub.

    Das Haus entspricht jeglicher Beschreibung des Inserates. Wir waren 12 Tage im Haus von der lieben Besitzerin Ivana. Der checkin klappte einfach, als wir auf der Insel Brücke waren haben wir Ivana angerufen und sie wartete dann bereits auf uns am Haus. Sie wohnt lediglich 15 min entfernt, und ist auch bei anderen Fragen stets erreichbar (sie hilft bei der Suche nach Ärzten etc.). Das Haus selber ist brandneu und wartet mit allen Annehmlichkeiten auf, die man sich wünschen kann. Saubere Waschmaschine und Trockner, bequeme Betten, gut ausgestattete Küche, neuer Gasgrill, ein riesiges Kindertrampolin ,Kinderspielzeug, Babybett und Hochstuhl sowie Wickeltisch,eine Tischtennisplatte und unsrem absoluten Favoriten eine Hollywood-Schaukel. Der Pool hat eine angenehme Größe, ist wohl temperiert und ist nicht zu flach. Angrenzend stehen mehrere weitere Ferienhäuser. Fußläufig findet man eine konoba Namens pod murvu welche lokale Speisen und Getränke serviert. Diese ist wärmstens zu empfehlen. Einzig sollte man wissen das ein Auto ein must have ist der Weg zum Strand in malinska beträgt ca 2,5km und führt zum großen Teil bergab. Zu den nächsten Supermärkten ist es ca 3km. Wer Erholung und ein tolles Haus auf einer schönen Insel wünscht ist hier richtig. Vielen Dank an Ivana für einen schönen Urlaub
