U središtu otoka Krka, mjestu Kras, idiličnom, mirnom i romantičnom okruženju, 4 km od pješčane prekrasne plaže smjestila se je nova vila.

Vila je smještena na terenu od 1000 m2 okružena zelenilom i mediteranskim raslinjem. Do same vile vodi vas put uz koji je posađena vinova loza. Cijelo imanje kompletno je ograđeno kamenim zidom.
Vila ima 163 m2, tri spavaće sobe, sve s duplim krevetima, 4 kupaonice, dva pomoćna ležaja te pruža smještaj za ukupno 8 osoba. U prizemlju se nalazi 1 spavaća soba s kupaonicom, prostrani dnevni boravak i kuhinja opremljena svim kućanskim aparatima (mikrovalna, toster, kafe mašina).

Na katu se nalaze dvije prostrane spavaće sobe svaka sa svojom kupaonicom. Cijela vila je klimatizirana, sve sobe imaju svoj klima uređaj, a vila nudi i besplatni Wi-Fi te satelitsku televiziju.
Ispred vile nalazi se natkrivena terasa sa sjedećom garniturom, a odmah do nje i dječje igralište. Središnji dio velikog dvorišta zauzima bazen od 36 m2 pokraj kojega se nalazi pomoćni objekt sa teretanom i kupaonicom.
300 metara od vile nalazi se dućan sa svježim namirnicama, a na 3 km udaljenosti restoran sa odličnim mesnim i ribljim specijalitetima.
Položaj vile omogućava gostima da za 10-15 minuta vožnje dođu do svih plaža i gradića na otoku Krku koji će vas očarati svojom prirodnom ljepotom.

Malo mjesto   u kojem se nalazi Villa, smješteno je  u srcu otoka,  idealno je za sve one koji žele pobjeći od užurbane svakodnevice i stresa . Otok Krk najveći je jadranski otok i prepun je atrakcija koje će vašu pažnju zaokupiti samo 5-15 minuta vožnje automobilom do svih mjesta. U blizini su i autocesta i zračna luka.
Grad Krk ima prekrasne stare crkve, stare gradske zidine, kule i ostatke starih Rimljana, Grad Vrbnik poznat je po vinogradima i izvrsnim vinima, Punat s najvećom marinom na Jadranu i otok Košljun s poznatim franjevačkim samostanom s muzejom, Baška ima jednu od najvećih pješčanih plaža i akvarij, zaljev Soline zdravo blato i špilju Biserujka. Na svim tim mjestima postoje brojni restorani u kojima možete probati svježu ribu, vino i druge specijalitete,  organizirati izlete se ribarskim i turističkim brodovima, plivati ​​s dupinima ili odvesti djecu na vožnju podmornicom (grad Krk).

    Tolles Haus das keine Wünsche offen lässt. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet, tolle Poolanlage und ein sehr netter Vermieter . Das Haus kann man einfach nur weiter empfehlen.

    Hat uns begeistert ... wir kommen sicher wieder\nDer Internet Auftritt hat uns schon sehr gefallen, die Realität hat das übertroffen. Villa Justina liegt auf einem Hammer-Grundstück, abseits der Straße, vom Grün umgeben, absolut ruhig. Die Anlage ist großzügig und gut durchdacht. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich mit einem liebevollen Bezug zum Ort. Jedes Schlafzimmer (4 Stück) hat ein eigenes, modernes Bad und auch einen Fernseher. Die Beschreibung der Ausstattung ist zutreffend (na ja, der Toaster ist eher ein Waffelmaker, die Toasts schmeckten trotzdem). Der Poolbereich ist sehr großzügig und sehr schön \"umpflanzt\". Das Gesamt-Ambiente fanden wir einfach super. Das Zurückkommen vom \"Strandleben\" war eine Wohltat. Die \"Vermittler Familie\" (Sitz in Krk) war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders angetan waren wir von der wirklich sehr symphatischen Besitzer-Familie. Kein \"Urlaubsunternehmen\" sondern eine Familie die ihr eigenes kleines Paradies anderen zeitweise überlässt. Herr ... spricht sehr gut deutsch und war in jeder Hinsicht bemüht und kompetent. Für den täglichen Morgenbedarf (frisches Gebäck etc.) muss man einen 10 Minuten Spaziergang in Kauf nehmen. Man spaziert an der Dorfkirche vorbei und findet direkt am Laden einen kleinen robusten Spielplatz vor. Somit wollte unser Kleiner jeden Tag morgens einkaufen gehen. Echte Supermärkte müssen mit Auto angefahren werden, liegen aber günstig \"auf dem Weg zu den Urlaubsorten\" am Meer. Kurz: wir haben uns sauwohl gefühlt und werden sicher wieder hinfahren. Hiermit möchte ich die Gelegenheit nutzen uns nochmals bei Familie ... bedanken und sie herzlich aus München zu grüßen.
